Coronavirus and Customer Service Update
What an extraordinary period of our lives we are all experiencing.Thank you very much to all our customers for your support, patience and understanding whilst we have been re-organising our logistics to ensure we protect the health and well being of our teams. We have experienced an increase in orders, which, coupled with the restrictions on staffing as presented some really difficult challenges over the last few weeks and months.
The health and safety of our team remains paramount and all those involved in processing customer orders will adhere to strict operating guidelines to ensure their safety as they carry out their work.
Whilst we will do everything we can to get your orders to you as soon as possible, but if you do experience a delay, don't panic, give us a call or drop us an email and a helpful, friendly person will have pleasure in assisting you.
Due to the situation, you may find our listings absent from certain on-line platforms. PPE has been particularly hard to come by and we are prioritising the NHS as you will understand.
